Silverlight / WPF - Need tutorials for silverlight

Hi am a new bie to dot net. I need to learn about share point and Silver light.Can somebody suggest me so good on line sites to learn about Share point and Silver light.

I wnet throu the net but i want to learn as how to use share point and Silver light right from basic.Also the requirements to install them and work.
