Je suis desole.. I am not using 'netscape'.. I was using Internet
Explorer, and have been using Internet Explorer from the 'beginning'.
Bizarrely, was denied access on I.E., I have recently upgraded to, I
believe Internet Explorer 7.. maybe that caused the glitch.  But the
Mozilla Firefox let me in to the Air Canada site.   Jane
