SP 2007 restore steps

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has good step by step instructions for doing
a full MOSS 2007 environment restore from a Central Admin Tool
backup?  We need this for a disaster recovery drill, so we will be
restoring to an entirely new database, and web server.

It would be helpful to have instructions starting from scratch- ie.
Installing SP, as well as where to move the backup file to from a
Legato server.
