hello,
i am new to axatpa. when i run a report and the range selction comes up. i
want to be able to add a field, for example calls.childcallid and i want
to run the report using the criteria "is not null" i type is not null into
the criteria field, but the report then replys, 'report is empty' when i
know its not.
any ideas of what syntax i should be using?? am i performing this
operation in the right spot? please advise
