It would be good functionality for the account(s) you are allocating to, to  
  
automatically inherit the dimension from the original account, unless you set  
  
up specific from\to combinations, that should have a higher priority (the  
  
exceptions so to speak).  
  
The real kicker would be to have a separate allocation schedule that the  
  
user can apply to accounts at will in a journal, so not in the set-up of the  
  
accounts. Subsequently the user can apply this allocation and modify the  
  
lines. This is really how allocations should work.
