We are having an intermittant problem with our Production Orders.

Occasionally, when an order is scheduled, the "on order" transaction is not

created in the InventTrans table. This creates numerous problems, including

incorrectly reported Inventory On Hand "Ordered Totals", incorrect master

planning and the inability to run report as finished. No amount of reseting

status and updating will correct the issue. Has anyone experienced anything

like this? Axapta doesn't report any error at the time the order is entered

and the same item will work correctly for one order and incorrectly for the

next.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Hi

Check the qty required for that number of products. You can use BOM

calculation for the same product qty.

It can happen if rounded consumption gives 0. For bigger Qty it works.
