Can you get to the fully qualified domain name through your PC? Unless

your internal DNS server is configured to do that, from inside the

LAN, it won't work.

Hi Ed,

Can you please clarify what you mean.

When cradled I can sync with local PC no problem.

When cradled I dont successfully sync with the exchange server using its

internal LAN IP or its external IP. It connects, authenticates, displays

number of messages/contacts etc to download , appears to download, but

nothing arrives.

Cheers, Gary

Fixed it. It was Sophos Puremessage on the server causing all the problems.

Newer release fixed it.

Thanks anyway fellas.
