Previous Thread:   No AUTD 11324 events logged in Exchange 2003

11/22/2005 12:40:18 AM    This specified user either does not exisit or is not provisioned for AUTD
Follows on from earlier post: I have downloaded the troubleshooting

tool. and it tells me:

"This specified user either does not exisit or is not provisioned for

AUTD"

The user does exist.

The iPaq is synchronized with the server.

The device SMS address is entered.

No SMS messages are being generated by the Exchange server (2003 SP2)

OWA and OMA are working and accessible from the iPaq both in cradle and

our of cradle.

Still on Windows Mobile 2003 version 4.21.1088 build 15110.2.62.
