ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

Hi,  
  
I have a problem when connecting i-mate JAM(Windows mob 2003 2nd) and  
  
Exchnage 2003 SP 2.  
  
The i-mate is unable to syncronize the user's contact on exchnage server and  
  
displayes ActiveSync error HTTP_400.  
  
All the ActiveSync related feautres are enabled on the server level and the  
  
user level.
