I am going to have a few users working of site for 3 months where RDP and  
  
VPN are blocked by the firewall (So I can not have users access email from  
  
our Terminal Server or VPN).  I want to set up OWA but the Outlook clients  
  
are setup as follows:  
  
Each Outlook Profile has (2) accounts set, an Exchange 2003 account and an  
  
IMAP account to a 3rd party email hosting vendor.  In outlook I can see both  
  
my Mailbox and IMAP account, will OWA display both as well or does it only  
  
support Exchange accounts?

OWA is not a full featured client so you can add "accounts" to view. You  
  
will only see the Exchange account since you are connecting directly to the

I forgot to mention that you could look into running an SSL tunnel (stunnel  
  
or SSL-Explorer) since those can act like VPN but use port 443.

OWA is viewed in a web browser and can't have other accounts added to it,  
  
but if you have access to Outlook 2002 or 2003, you can add the owa account  
  
to Outlook as an HTTP account. It'll act similar to IMAP accounts and be  
  
visible in the folder list. Note that only mail folders are usable - you'll  
  
see calendar and contacts etc but can't use them.  
  
Choose the HTTP account type and enter the OWA url, including the mailbox  
  
name:  
  
http://owa.server.com/exchange/my_mailbox/
