Previous Thread:   OMA ActiveSync problems

10/22/2005 9:43:20 AM    Errors Syncing PPC 6700 with Exchange SP2 Server
I just got the new Sprint PPC Phone yesterday but could not successfully

sync with my Exchange 2003 Server. Upon Sync I get the following error

message:

Your account in Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permission to

synchronize your current settings. Contact your Exchange Server

administrator.

Support code: 0x85010004

That is what Active Sync 4.0 which was default with the new device

displayed.

Prior to this phone I had aTreo 650 which was able to sync mail very well

using the Versa Mail program to the same Exchange server.

Thanks,

Alan
