ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

My pocket PC won't sync after I installed SP2 on my excahnge server.  It  
  
gives me a HTTP_500 error.  
  
I remember having this problem when I first got my device.  It was something  
  
with the IIS settings on my server, but I don't remember.  The MS-ActiveSync  
  
virtual directory security is set at basic.  If I choose integrated it takes  
  
longer and fails with HTTP_403 instead.  
  
I remember having to change something now and then after a reboot to make it  
  
work again, but I don't remember what.  Can anyone help?

Integrated Authentication needed to be turned (back) on for the Exchange  
  
virtual server.
