account in the junk list, close outlook then send an email to yourself
from your hotmail account. You can remove the address after you are
done testing.
If you want a robust inexpensive anti-spam solution, check out ORF
from www.vamsoft.com - not a single false positive in 2 years and our
spam has dropped to almost nothing by using this software. It sits on
your Exchange server and preprocesses the email.
