We like like to start using OMA. We have Exchange 2k3 (sp1) running on a

Win2k3 (sp1). When we use any mobile device, we receive the same error:

"Unable to connect to your mailbox on server MY-SERVER. Please try again

later. If the problem persists contact your administrator."

Any suggestions?

Is the user's email username@companyname.com or do they have a

different email address?

Hi,

I get the same error message when connecting to OMA.

Front End Server: Exchange 2003 SP1 on Windows Server 2003 SP1

Back End Server: Exchange 2003 SP1 on Windows 2000 SP4 Adv. Server -

Clustered

The strange thing is, that only a few users get that error message. I tried

to connect via mobile phone (Sony Ericsson T610) and via Internet

Explorer...

Thanks for any answers,

MC

strange thing....

Connecting to OMA with a newly created user works fine.

If I create an user account by copying an existing user OMA fails to

connect.

The user' primary SMTP address is firstname.lastname@company.com

Every user has a SMTP proxy address: username@company.local

The name of the Active Directory Namespace is company.local
