The presentations were probably created on a Mac and contain media or images

that are not compatible with Windows. This and other problems are discussed in

the following FAQs:

Hi,

I'm not that savvy a ppt user. I have to do a presentation which includes

pps file and ppt files which were made by someone else.

When I try to open any of them I get the message that"Quicktime and a DV/DVC

Pro NTSC decompressor are needed to see this picture"

I installed Quicktime but nothing has changed.

Thank you very VERY much to all who respond.

Cheers
