Previous Thread:   WMA file & PwtPt Phot Album Size

9/30/2005 8:40:02 AM    Moving from Slide Show to Word Doc (and back)
I am giving a presentation about MS Word. I want to show a topic and then

quickly switch to a Word document to demonstrate the topic and then to the

slide show to present the next topic. I cannot find a good way to go from the

slide show view to the document and then back again.

Based on searches I did on this site I have tried the following:

-Alt + tab - this only got me to the restored view in PPT but wouldn't cycle

to the Word file.

-Click the keyboard window button - thss brings up the startup menu and task

bar. I can then double click the Word file from the task bar (and vice versa)

but I don't like the big startup menu coming up.

-Change Slide Show, Setup Show to Browse by Individual - this shrinks the

presentation and puts the toolbars up along with the task bar

Other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Suzan
