I have project server and sharepoint services running.  I also have no  
  
problem uploading documents to the workspace sites for the projects.  Is it  
  
possible to upload documents for a to-do list?  Can I just create a site and  
  
link to it or do I need to promote the to-do list to a project for this to  
  
work?
