Installation external HDD for USB recognized drive number, not recognize drive.  
  
Events listed arrival, error, removal.  Info indicated no net bios group.  
  
Help indicates not tab entry, but entry to registry required.  
  
Location of that entry and complete details not, of course, listed in help.  
  
Having trouble getting infor out of ComUSA or manufacturer listed.  
  
Drive set as master, part number correctly read by this computer???

Most of this means nothing to us. Tell us what you're trying to do and what  
  
(if any) error messages you receive. Check Event Viewer and Device Manager  
  
for errors, codes and or non-starting devices.
