ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

I downloaded the UPHClean utility.  I wanted to make sure this program is  
  
working correctly.  I double-clicked the utility, and it just flashed up on  
  
the screen and disappeared.  Is there anything more to this?  Should I have  
  
been brought through an installation process?  If it is supposed to flash and  
  
disappear, do I just double-click it anytime there's an issue with profiles  
  
(i.e., Event ID 1500)?  Could I put this exectuable in a schedule task to  
  
lauch every evening?  I really appreciate any assistance.

This should be an MSI file and it will run through a installation process  
  
then it runs as a service. So no - the behaviour you are seeing is not  
  
correct.  
  
I suggest you download the application again.
