Hello Mal,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that the other users cannot view the subfolders under Inbox in
your Outlook. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
Please take your time to read my following steps first then perform these
steps:
1. Open your Outlook, right click the subfolders under Inbox, go to
Properties, Permissions tab.
2. Click Add to add the users' accounts in, and set their Permission Level
as Reviewer.
3. Click Apply and OK.
[Note]: You need to make sure that you also have granted the other users
have Reviewer permissions in Inbox and Mailbox.
4. Open the other users' outlook, go to Tools -> E-mail Accounts -> View or
change existing e-mail accounts. Click Next.
5. Click More Settings -> Advanced tab, click Add to add your account in.
6. Click OK -> Next -> Finish.
7. Test the issue again.
