Downloading the Windows 8 developer preview. If you have an MSDN subscription, there are also Windows Server developer previews.

The developer preview with tools includes:
64-bit Windows Developer Preview

Windows SDK for Metro style apps

Microsoft Visual Studio 11 Express for Windows Developer Preview

Microsoft Expression Blend 5 Developer Preview

28 Metro style apps including the BUILD Conference app

I use Oracle VirtualBox VM for all my VM needs. I'll repost tomorrow to give you my reactions and thoughts.
