This shows how to Create Mailbox and configuring Sharepoint outgoing email settings?
To create a mailbox, goto start -> Manager your server -> Manage this email
server -> Server name -> Domain name -> Add mailbox and you are done.
Now to configure sharepoint outgoing emails, goto Central administration, select
Operations tab -> Outgoing email settings -> provide required information
and you are done.
