wss3 - automate/schedule backups?

is it possible to schedule farm backups?

when triggering a backup from the admin site it appears to be a one off
event with no obvious option for scheduling

It could be done using stsadmn.

It could be done using stsadmn.exe with the proper commands and the Windows
2003 Scheduler.

You would first need to create a file script file with the proper commands
to do a backup. These commands are part of the stsadm.exe command structure.
Then use Windows 2003 scheduler to schedule the times you want it to run.
