DelayActivity in a Workflow

David posted on Friday, November 24, 2006 10:18 AM

Hello,

I'm trying to build a workflow with WF (.NET 3.0) for a MOSS 2007 with
a DelayActivity in it. It's a sequential workflow. It doesn't matter if
I set the TimeoutDurtation at design-time or by code: the workflow
won't went further and will stay "in progress".

Do you have any idea? Does anyone have s sample workflow with a delay
activity?

Thanks,
David

David,You are probably using the Beta 2 TR of MOSS.

David,
You are probably using the Beta 2 TR of MOSS. This is a bug and there is not
much you can do about it. It was mentioned that it will be fixed in the RTM.

We have seen this issue before.

Hope that helps.

Karim,We are using already the RTM version. But the bug isn't fixed.

Karim,

We are using already the RTM version. But the bug is not fixed. It is
still the same behavior as in beta 2 TR.

We fixed the issue. There is a bug with the timezone. Our server runs
on GMT+1. After setting it to GMT+0 (e.g. UTC), the delay activity
worked!

Seams to be a bug! Hope Microsoft fix this one day.

David,

We have similar issue, even after setting my server timezone from +5.30 to
+0, its not working properly. 1 min activity is fired after 8 mins.
