PowerShell on 64-bit Server 2003 - Martin

I'm trying to open DPM Management Shell on my 64-bit Server 2003 installation
produces the error below. Please advise on how to make this work.

PowerShell on 64-bit Server 2003 - Krishnaiah Narukulla [MSFT]

Run below command and try again.
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\installutil.exe "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Data Protection  Manager\DPM\bin\DPMCli.dll"
