Add a feature in Central Admin feature lists ??? - jerome_vuiber

Hi.

When installing a feature, as the url option is not accepted, the
feature is always install in the "default site", not in the central
administration site.
I'd like to install an administration feature, so i'd like to see it
in one of the central administration feature list.
How can i do this ?
