Need Help Copying Item To SharePoint Calendar

Hi,

We are wanting to use MOSS 2007 with InfoPath 2007 for an IT Change
Management solution. What I want to do is have a workflow that creates an
item on a SharePoint calendar when a form is approved. I have seen how to do
the workflow, but I cant figure out how to map the fields. I could have swore
I saw a website talking about how to do this, but cant find it.

Any help is much appreciated.
