What is being logged to the Event Viewer?
Version 1.0 of the Outlook Connector pre-dates Outlook 2007 and is not
Outlook 2007 compatible.
Just curious; why can't you upgrade from the old Hotmail to Windows Live
Hotmail?

I have Verizon FiOS with MSN Premium and for some reason I cannot upgrade to
Live Hotmail until Sept; so they say.
The only thing I could find in the Event Viewer around the time of the crash
was this:
Log Name: System
Source: EventLog
Date: 8/24/2007 9:30:36 PM
Event ID: 6008
Task Category: None
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: Viper2
Description:
The previous system shutdown at 9:12:37 PM on 8/24/2007 was unexpected.

The error you reference to is a computer crash. |

The error you reference to is a computer crash. Check the Application Log
for errors logged by Outlook.
Log in to your Hotmail account; there should be a link there to transfer
your account to a WLHM account. Otherwise wait a week ;-)

Also not in the Options section? Otherwise you indeed have to wait a week.

I just had it lock up on me again. Any other suggestions? |

Don't use the connector for the time being. |

Don't use the connector for the time being. As I said; your version isn't
compatible with Outlook 2007.
