IE7, browsers, FavoriteURLs and Floppy Disks

bicomple posted on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 5:29 AM

I recommend future browsers have a special attention to provide a
suggestive way to save Favorites links both in the machine and in a
removable device for that purpose. The reason being, it is quite usual
to loose this important information, and keeping it in a removable
device makes it more likely it will be better organized and up to
date.

Could not find any information on how to use the removable disks drives (F,
G,H,I) by searching Vista. Noticed your mention of this in your reply. Would
you say more on how to use these removable devices, and how they differ, if
they do, from the E drive. Thanks. Aldo

I really don't know what your question is. In IE click File | Import and
Export and you can export the favorites as a single file to any drive
connected to your computer.
