VS2008 by the end of this month,  SQL 2008 - last I heard it was going
to be early 2008.

I meant to say that VS2008 should be available from MSDN Downloads by
the end of the month.  January 2008 shipment of DVDs may contain VS2008,
although not guaranteed yet.
