Network transfer of files from Vista to XP

RiverRa posted on Tuesday, December 04, 2007 8:32 PM

I have been transferring jpg files from my Vista computer to a XP computer
and now my files have become corrupted. Is there anyway to recover the
corrupted jpg files? Is there anyway to prevent this from happening again?

Asked and answered in the other newsgroup to which you posted. Please
don't multipost; it makes more work for everyone and will get you *less*
help, not more. See this for why:

If you have forgotten where you posted or can't find your post, use
Google Groups Advanced Search and search for your name.

Thanks, now I understand and will not duplicate post. I was not sure as to
where I should post the question and am new to this message board. I know
excuses are like *#%@ but, sorry anyway.
