Hello all,
since I update Windows Vista and Office XP Pro by MicrosoftUpdate, when I
try to open a particular document on our network file server, I receive this
error:
Firma problema:
Nome evento problema: APPCRASH
Nome applicazione: WINWORD.EXE
Versione applicazione: 10.0.6835.0
Timestamp applicazione: 46ccefbe
Nome modulo con errori: MSGRIT32.DLL
Versione modulo con errori: 3.0.0.37
Timestamp modulo con errori: 3eb8c67e
Codice eccezione: c0000005
Offset eccezione: 0004fb98
Versione SO: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.6
ID impostazioni locali: 1040
Ulteriori informazioni sul problema:
LCID: 1040
I tried to reinstall Office XP Pro plus last updates, but I cannot open that
document, while opening the same file (located on File Server) from another
Pc with WinVista (with last updates) & OfficeXpPro, it open correctly.
Should I replace and register the library in error (MSGRIT32.DLL)?
If yes, where could I find it? |

There was a known problem with the Italian proofing tools in 2003; surely
it's been fixed by now, but the KB article about it is "Office XP Italian
Proofing Tools Post-Service Pack 2 Hotfix Package: July 25, 2003" at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823958. The KB article "Description of
the updates for Office XP: March 14, 2006"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=913471) describes an update that may
have incorporated the hotfix.
