Network card problem

I have twin OSes, Win Xp & Server 2k3. Xp runs fine with Realtek 8139 card.
However, the same card does not accept any driver under w2k3 server. What to
do? Thanks

Go to Realteks website and see if they have a driver for the 8193 that works
