emulator skin environment - cyrus

When I test/deploy an application to the "Windows Mobile 6 Standard
Emulator", I can access files on my hard drive in the program by going to
don't seem to be able to access files on my hard drive - the same program
that worked with the standard emulator throws an exception.

I must be missing a setting somewhere, but I'm not sure what it is.  Any
help would be appreciated.
