DATK and smartphone - F

I have a simple test automation that is built on top of datk for pocetpc (WM6
pro.). I am trying to port it to smartphone (wm6 standard), I am running into
puzzeling behaviour such as:

KeyPad.Press(KeyPad.Key.Soft2);

Does open the menu but after that the thread seems to be lost, not able to
debug beyond that point. No exceptions are visible either. Exact code works
fine on PPC.

Any clues will be appricated.
