Deploy extention assembly question - Lothar Behrens

There are some instructions on how to deploy a reporting extention
assembly. It seems to me that always
there is a need to go physically to the server and install the
assembly and modify the config files.

Is there a way to deploy the extention assembly by upload the file
like the rdl files get uploaded ?

I mean, an admin may deploy multible extentions to multible servers in
one step. This installation step
should be inside a setup routine of a software as a step where only
the server will be asked to be the
reporting server.

There is still a security reason, why this should not be done or
possible. But if - How ?
