Export to PDF has blank area sometimes - Mike C |

I have a report with 2 groupings. Sometimes, but not always, the page
header prints and the first grouping starts on the 2nd page in the
pdf, leaving 80% of the first page blank. After that, the report is
fine. Since this only happens maybe 10% of the time, I have no idea
where to look. The first grouping has "page break at end" selected,
but, like I said, since it only happens sometimes, I think it is a bug
rather than a setting I can change.
When looking at the report on the screen, it looks fine. Just for
kicks, I tried exporting to a TIFF and it looks the same as the PDF. |

I looked at it closer and played around with it. There actually is no
page header, but the top of the body, before any of the groupings
sometimes gets a page break in it. It is odd since it is only about 4
lines. If I play with the top/bottom margins a little, I can get it to
break at different points, but cannot get it to all print on the first
page (on the instances where this happens at all). |
