Different ActiveSync IPAQ H3950 |

Hello,
My problem is as followed.
I have a Copaq IPAQ Pocket PC H3950. Where i wanna synch with Exchange 2003.
Now odly enough i can't turn of SSL on my Pocket PC and thus i think always
tries to connect using SSL connection.
No i won't switch my entire exchange for 1 pocket PC where i can't disable
that.
The pocket PC is as followed:
Ipaq H3950
Product Revision Level: 2.5
Rom Date: 06/21/02
Rom Revision: 1.00.00 ENG
OS Windows CE 3.0
Will an upgrade help me or is there another non paying way to make
ActiveSync run without SSL?
