PS2007 re-submitted Hours not showing up in Task Updates - someon

Friday, June 06, 2008 2:59 PM

Hi, my company needs to change the hours in previously submitted timesheets
to new lines. We need to basically move the hours from Project A to Project B.

I recall a timesheet, enter 0 hrs for the week on Project A and enter the
actuals against a new line for Project B. The timesheet is then submitted,
and the task submitted. Under "My Tasks" all the hours look fine but when the
task update approver logs into "Approvals:Task Updates" the only task shown
is Project A with 0 hours, Project B is not there at all.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Ho Tomas,

the first question you may want to find out is if the PM on Project B is the
the same than on Project A.

If not, than the PM from Project A will not be the person to approve the
time on Project B.

Check this out and let me know.
thanks
