Modem>Internal or External? If internal, and a new machine, you shouldn't
have had to download any drivers. If external, you might want to supply the
make/model and operating system you're trying to use it on. There are too
many unknowns for us to be able to provide solutions. |

modem manufacturer and not Windows Update.
