Go to Tools/Accounts then select the NG account that you've entered and hit
the Properties button.
A window should appear and in there it lists your name and email address.
These can be anything as they're not used for authentication.

When setting up a new news service account, when WLM asks for the email
address, give it anything that has an "at" symbol, i.e., "@" in it. Best to
use something which looks like an RFC 2822 email address. You can use
'.invalid' as a TLD, in place of .com, .net., .org, etc., or you could use
one of the reserved domains, such as 'example.net'. Don't invent a domain
because you might accidentally choose one already registered. In my case, I
have registered the domain in my email address. If you have a domain, you
may use that, in conjunction with one, or another, DNS trick to invalidate
the email address.
If you already have the account set up, in the account Properties is a place
where the email address is listed: Change it there.
