Problem with ActiveSync

Gatolun posted on Sunday, February 15, 2009 4:59 PM

Hi:

I've got a Diamond since 3 months ago. I sincronize it with Outlook 2007.
When I go for a trip and return with several changes in the calendar it is
not able to sincronize and I got the Support Code 0x80070002. I tried to
unlink and relink again the Diamond, delete and build an new Outlook.pst but
didn't work, some times I got another error 8600050d and some other time I
got some appointments sincronized and most of them dissapeared.

What can I do?.

Thanks in advance and best regards, JM.

If you have reset Activesync, you may also try to repair the Outlook data.

And another question, is there a way to sincronize my HTC with my home
Outlook when I'm in a trip?. I suppose so but doesn't know how and with what
program or configuration.
Thanks in advance and best regards, JM.

Thanks.

I did it but, as I haven´t gone out for a few days, still do not know if it

Thanks anyway, JM.
